The Head Chef, Stuart Forman, explains that “Here at the Feathers, my kitchen team and I are dedicated to our goal of maintaining and further improving the reputation of the hotel and the town of Ludlow for high quality food. Each and every day we push as hard as possible to raise the level and to deliver the best quality cuisine to all our guests, whether it be a snack or a five course restaurant meal.”
Our cuisine is chosen and locally sourced whenever possible, great care is taken in finding the highest quality produce from the surrounding area and using this to create a menu to excite and satisfy the most discerning diner. The Feathers restaurant is spacious and comfortable, with room to walk around and table space to ensure privacy when required.
After dinner drinks can be served in the restaurant, the bar or one of our other relaxing areas.
