TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All rates are quoted per room per night and are inclusive of service and VAT.
Your credit card details will be used to guarantee your booking. No charges will be made unless specified or in the event of failure to comply with our cancellation policy.
Arrivals and Departures
Check in is from 15.00
Guests are requested to vacate rooms by 11.00
To avoid disappointment it is advised to pre-book your restaurant table at time of booking
Should the need arise, please cancel directly with the hotel on 01584 875261. You will be issued with a cancellation reference number, which must be quoted in any future dealings related to your booking. Failure to comply with our cancellation policy will result in a charge equivalent to your first nights stay (this also applies to rooms within group bookings).
For individual bookings our cancellation policy is 24 hours. For group bookings of 10 or more rooms our cancellation policy is two weeks.
Deposits are non refundable.
High chairs and cots are available free of charge subject to availability. Children under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by an adult.
We are happy for you to bring your house-trained dog along for your stay, dogs are allowed in your room and in public areas but not in the dining room. A charge will be made should any damage or deep cleaning be required.
Free car parking is available, but it is on a limited basis.
