Stuart Forman, explains that "Here at the Feathers, my kitchen
team and I are dedicated to our goal of maintaining and further
improving the reputation of the hotel and the town of Ludlow
for high quality food. Each and every day we push as hard
as possible to raise the level and to deliver the best quality
