The Feathers Restaurant, situated in the original heart of the Jacobean building, has been tastefully refurbished during 2009. Open to residents and non-residents, the restaurant has been awarded an AA Rosette.

Chef

The Feathers' much acclaimed Restaurant enjoys a reputation for offering traditional and innovative, contemporary cooking using fresh, local produce. The Head Chef, Martin Jones, explains that "Here at the Feathers, my kitchen team and I are dedicated to our goal of maintaining and further improving the reputation of the hotel and the town of Ludlow for high quality food.   Each and every day we push as hard as possible to raise the level and to deliver the best quality cuisine to all our guests. Whether it be a bar snack or a five course restaurant meal, we aim to move with the seasons, sourcing local produce wherever possible.”
